Final Polish

To create this finish we hone, stain, densify, polish, and seal the floor, finishing it off with a final polish. This happens at the end of construction, amid the final cleaning and right before move in.

The final polish is another application of stain guard and that we buff with an 800 grit diamond-impregnated pad on a propane-powered burnisher.

We liken a final polish to buying a new car, the paint job is done, detailing is done, but before it leaves the lot, the dealer will add one final coat of wax.

For maximum stain resistance, the stain guard may be reapplied every two to five years.
