If we are casting in place we can make gigantic things - things that weigh a ton. We can make shapes that you can’t make with any other material. We can make pieces with integrated drainboards, inlays, aggregates, or special finishes. The price of concrete countertops is not in the material itself, but instead in the artisan’s labor and skill involved.
